We all know that little ones can find it hard to express their big emotions. The toddler years are renowned for tantrums, frustrations and tears. But what if you could empower your little one with strategies for coping with those big feelings as they arise? What if you had the ability to gift them, life-long techniques that would lay critical foundations for their emotional intelligence?

This is an 8-week program for children aged 2 and 3 years old. Using age-appropriate techniques, children begin to learn about emotion recognition, the importance of gratitude, focused breathing methods and basic meditation strategies. The program is designed to leave little people feeling more in control of and able to communicate their emotions and also works to build self-esteem and positive body image.

NOTE: Parents are required to stay in attendance for this group.
